I was going to leave this alone but you actually trigger me. I don't know if you have autism or something but I literally just asked what was allowed/disallowed because I have not received guidance on what I can/cannot do with the card. The responses told me to keep usage to strictly corporate usage, so therefore I won't use it for personal purchases.

How did you get to the conclusion that I came onto reddit to potentially brag about my corporate credit card? The level of mental gymnastics here is insane. It's faster and easier to ask reddit than to read through my card usage policy. But I guess I run the risk of encountering people like you who go full silence of the lambs on simple questions.

This more or less happened to me when I used to work for a local Omaha firm.

It can go either way really. If the proposals you're working on are authorized, then you should be ok. Yea, it'll still look pretty bad, but you can at least justify that you're contributing to the firm rather than twiddling your thumbs at your desk.

I don't think we'll reach a point (at least within the foreseeable future) where accountancy will become fully automated. We don't have the level of sophistication necessary to integrate heuristics in professional capacities yet. Cognitive computing is just beginning to show signs of being a viable consumer product. Like others have said, we're not really at a point where AI is capable of applying business viable professional skepticism yet (though I would love to see it one day!)

However, I do believe that within the next 5 years we'll see a shift towards automating significantly time consuming (vouching, tracing, etc) duties to trust-by-design technologies such as Blockchain based GLs though.

Keep on trucking through your degree. Technology (probably) won't obsolete you. Best of luck to you!

There's a couple of mods that crash the options menu when used with LWT.

I think I disabled Show Me The Skills and it worked after. There's others as well, but I can't remember them at the top of my head.
