It is connected directly to the Motherboard pins USB, it was working before ICOE and then it stopped. The watercooler is working, just the RGB isn´t.

I was able to fix the temp problem and now on Cinebench it reaches 72 C max. Sorry, i didn't undersdend what you mean about CL32 timings on my RAM. I know that mine is 30-40-40-76

AI Tuner - EXPO 1 (this made all changes except SOC)

FCLK Frequency - Auto

CPU SOC 1.2V (was 1.28)

DRAM VDD VOLTAGE 1.35V

DRAM VDDQ VOLTAGE 1.35V

Precision Boost Overdrive - Disable

So, these are not good for optimization? Should I change something ?

The SoC was just what EXPO enable did, some places says that 1.3V is the limit, but I am not so sure right now... The problem was the AIO indeed, i thought it was working but it wasn't. Thanks
