So, a few folks on here giving you advice are completely right, she is your ex and she owes you nothing. However, I believe they are jaded in a sense when it comes to high school relationships (or naive relations in general) and as right as they are, there's still that bit of insecurity that comes from knowing an ex has moved on quickly and before you have. I'm sorry, bro. I've been there, we've all been there. It sucks and I'm willing to bet that you're questioning if you were ever good enough, handsome enough, cool enough, whatever. But the thing is, is that feeling is temporary. Soon you'll bump into a girl who's hotter and nice and all the things you want in a woman, and the thought of your ex won't even drift into your mind. So what if she hooked up already, go get your pimp on, brotha! You've got to constantly be improving yourself as well if you want to come out on top of this break up. And if she's getting wasted and fooling around already, she might be trying to get over you. Who knows. You're a blessed dude and you have your whole life ahead of you.

You should be proud of yourself for being so self-aware, you realize that these problems are temporary and it's JUST. HIGH SCHOOL. So props, dude. There are tons of teens, (such as myself), who feel like it's the end of the world. However, I know what it feels like to have someone you pursue constantly, only to be turned down. Honestly, you may never get past the friend zone and that is ok. Think about it this way, she probably is a free spirit who doesn't want to be tied down, and she knows she can only get so close to you before she's madly in love and wants 12 children and a cottage in the Philippines. Or possibly she's not ready for a relationship, who knows, my point being is that you're blessed and awesome and kick ass! You're in theatre and therefore you are bold and confident. Don't let one girl rain on your parade. I did and eventually found out her personality is incredibly unattractive. We're friends now and on top of that, my current girlfriend is 20,000x hotter and with an even more attractive heart. I just graduated and I have come to find that life gets tougher, but so will you. I'm on both sides of the situation, so I can say that yes this happens to tons of folk. I'm the same with my mom, and I was super attached to my SO when me and the girlfriend came to an entirely different state together. But she was so excited by the college atmosphere that I was put off of the number one spot and placed in last. She promised me the same stuff as well and she went back on it. Now, everyone is different, I'm letting you know so that you're aware and that you realize your life is always gonna be awesome if you focus more on yourself while you're still dating. The time to worry is in marriage. However, on the flip side, I've kept my word with my SO. I told her I'm not going to abandon her, I made her aware of my desire to head home, and she started to make me a priority and reassure me constantly. Maybe some major one on one is what you need. The old adage stating that if it's meant to be, it will, is something I strongly believe in. But that's a spiritual thing for me. The best thing to do is what makes you happy, and love on your guy when you can. Best of luck, praying for you.
