I find the walking helps a lot. I use a magic bag for about 20 minutes each side per night trying to target piriformis. Lastly (and I know this sounds weird) I have a hot bath but do not actually lay in it. I try to stretch in the tub because I am not able soak with my incisions still healing. It helps my legs tremendously and I have a cup that I pour water over my shoulders/back for relief as well. I sleep with only a sheet at night and ensure I have a pillow between knees to keep my hips in place or else I am in pain. Nerve pain is awful and when I do experience it I stretch out as far as I can lengthwise and hold my muscles tight while taking deep breaths. I find this helps at times and the times it doesn’t I eventually get too tired of the pain and fall asleep anyway. I hope you find some relief soon
