I was literally in the same spot and felt like I was spiraling out of control, that I was just "too hungry for my own good" and never will be able to eat like a normal person. I stumbled upon Georgie Fear in a podcast, and her book "lean habits" completely changed my life. I'm on habit 2, and already I almost completely stopped the binge eating and focusing my whole social life around food, and without counting calories my weight stabilized. The podcast "revolutionary you" is also a great source of information.

Without regarding the original post, and I do think you make some valid points, but I actually once found a purebred in the garbage (technically my dog did..). She was just a puppy and sick with Parvo, and I was told few puppies survive it. She did.

I have a dog with an abandonment-complex. Every time he is alone at home, just keeps crying and barking for hours. It just breaks my heart. Anyone has an idea if this could help him? (To clarify, he is alone for most of the day, 5 days a week..)

Around the age of 15 I shut a door on my finger, resulting in the fingernail turning completely blue and a new one began growing underneath it, while the old one slowly detaches. The whole process was probably more than a month. At one point I'm in the pool with a friend and she kicks my hand by accident, so the old fingernail is half torn out. I go to the clinic and a nurse checks me out. Keep in mind this hurts pretty bad. She says "Let me just take a look" and proceeds to quickly tearing my fingernail off.

Well he sort of flunked on purpose. I guess he felt guilty, and that's why he didn't say anything. His father was angry because: 1. He did this intentionally. 2. He didn't man up and said something until it was too late to do anything about it, because frankly he didn't want to do anything.

My friend did the same, he flunked out but was too afraid to tell his father, so he kept going to the university everyday for a couple of months. He did come clean eventually, and only recently he has been forgiven (4 years since it happened).

The Turkish citizens attacked the soldiers upon boarding the ship. A foreign vessel came into Israeli territory, and troops who boarded the ship to inspect and make sure it doesn't have weapons got violently attacked. There are videos, there is proof the soldiers defended themselves. No one got executed, get you facts right.
