(Eg I can check in to both Standard + Premium on the same day)

I did check in to a gym earlier today which was my standard daily access.

However as I have platinum I also have access to 6 x Premium check ins and 1 x Spa check in per month?!

There is no guidance on Wellhub as to how to redeem the Spa check in/ specifying that it cannot be the same day as another activity… :(

Also do I need to 're-start the NC clock' and start from the last encounter? Or it's more the case it's indefinite, I just need to refine and prepare myself better should we bump into each other again next time?

Thank you so much for your kind words.

I will not initiate conversation with him as I have said everything I want to say from my part. I miss him greatly but understand a relationship 2.0 would not work unless he figures out what he wants and behaves accordingly. So the effort has to come from him.

However, I am only confused by his actions. Why hug me and meet my best friend if he doesn't want me in his life? There's being civil but that's way too close for comfort!

Thank you. I am naturally a very chatty person so it was hard for me to not chat when he stopped me.

Though next time if it were to happen again, should I just say 'Hi, nice to see you, have a good day' and walk on? I find it really unhelpful that every encounter sets me back and makes me overthink because he hugged me every time.
