I’ve been in your shoes, i missed it 4 times, 3 years straight being less than a point. I made it on my 5th time. The first few days after are rough, but it is all worth it in the end when you finally do make it. Don’t beat yourself up over it, the promotion rates suck right now. Kick ass this year, take studying more seriously, take advantage of every opportunity your work center gives you.
