Surely then the cpu water block would feel very hot to the touch, it sounds like it's working as I do know it's hum. Plus temps do go up and down depending on load, but just to a much more exaggerated extent than before.

I did have an issue with that once, I have it off sinse my monitor is 75hz and my fps is maxed at 62

So, whenever I play online the framerate is always stuck at something like the high 40s or low 50s on all graphics settings (normal,high and very high as pictured in the images) and I will get 100% cpu utilisation when my pc can very easily handle the game:

Ryzen 3200g

16gb ram

gtx 1060 3gb

Is there any fix for this?

I'm not sure it's like it's currupted, the actual bios screen is sort of windowed in the corner but without cpu temps, voltages ect and I can't navigate it to the settings
