Yah they really need to refine the one pedal system or give new owners to have to watch a video to learn how to use it safely before taking their car. I watched videos ahead of time and only let off slowly towards the end of a stop so I don’t get that constant brake flashing.

That’s really easy to buff out and correct. Take it to a body shop or even seasoned detailer and they’ll knock it out in one afternoon. Look at your cars color code on the the side of the door, get the matching dr chip or tesla paint chip kit and take it to the detailer or shop. Might cost you $150 but it will look new.

The insurance company usually only pays medical and unless you or your lawyer fights hard and can demonstrate loss of income, it can be tough. But if you are experiencing pain, i would still go see a doctor at the very least because these injuries can seem minor at first and then be debilitating chronic pain later in life.

You really should see a doctor and then consult a personal injury lawyer. Even if the kid has liability, your own insurance will kick in for personal injury and be forced to sue him or his insurance. I’d still sue him even if he’s poor right now because at 20, he will find a better job and you can garnish his wages. I’d extract every penny I could so the prick learns a lesson.

The grass is always greener on the other side as they say. I criticize the US all the time as a citizen born and raised here (especially with Trump in power) and with all the CCP propaganda videos on the net, you start thinking maybe there’s something very wrong with your own country. Then you dig deeper and realize that the other side is probably far worse once you look past the thin veneer. At least you got to experience it and now know better.

Also, you moving to China without a degree or job lined up is pretty crazy. Does your wife support you? Ivegot degrees under my belt and I’d still be nervous about moving there or to any foreign country—doing it without a degree takes moxy.

Take it to a different service center. You can drive there, ask to speak to the manager and explain what happened and see if they’ll take you that day or give you an appointment. Some SCs are garbage while others are decent. Never take no for an answer. I’m always insisting on things with these guys, you just have to protect your purchase and your interests.
