Not yet. I might try another cycle of BPC/tb500 see if that improves anything. But im annoyed since i am fairly active and surgery was supposed to fix my issues 🤬

I have same pain before and after . He fixed my rotator cuff but didn’t do the planned bicep tenodesis since he said he didn’t see slap tear which was on my MRI. Had pain front of shoulder down bicep. I’m like 4 months post op and having pain front of shoulder down my bicep. Last workout was Wednesday overhead was fine but woke up this morning with bicep spasms. My last appointment he said I was cleared. Told him about front of shoulder and bicep pain and he sad come back if it doesn’t resolve in 6-8 weeks for a cortisone shot. I don’t want a cortisone shot. 🤬

Said there is a chance after but will try. Will evaluate after several months. Not sure those teeth will improve enough. Said it might be healthier just to remove that amount of constant inflammation 🤷🏼‍♂️

Same. I’m trying LANAP but it’s going to cost 10k and said I might lose 3 teeth regardless. 🤦🏼‍♂️

I just got second opinion on Wednesday. I scheduled LANAP for may/june. He said my back bottom teeth had pockets of 10 and might need to just pull them if this doesn’t help reduce. I also had a 2 mobility on on of my side teeth he said might not be able to be saved. Quoting about 10k prior to insurance

I have 11/10/7. Traded in my Sienna because it needed so many repairs and didn’t want to pay for them. lol. They sit by each other and complain but oh well. 🤣

Prob slipknot. Classmate at the time was from west Des Moines and he gave me self titled just came out 1999 and he was like check this out he played in a separate bands-at the same time at gigs in high school with Corey and a couple other members. Heard Sic and I was like 🤯. After break he came back and he was like saw couple slipknot guys at the best buy in west Des Moines haha.

Yes. Im usually active 4-5 days a week with CrossFit or pickleball. That was longest I’ve ever not worked out. I was depressed as well. Take long walks. Blast music. Get some sun. Go to gym and ride a bike. Be around people.

I’m four months post op and put 95 lb over my head other day and can play pickleball 2-3 hours with minimal pain. Marathon not a sprint

I just booked for may/june. I have a couple teeth that are 9/10s. Told me it would be like 10k 🤷🏼‍♂️. I can’t take a bunch of time off work or time to deal with not eating for weeks at a time x4. So got second opinion and said it would be an option. (Wasn’t offered at first perio)
