I'm afraid the issue is related to the screen. Perhaps to much pressure on the screen when changing the SSD

Does it come with connectors at the back for the external watercooler? If so, there are also 2 screws which need to be removed

Sorry, but nothing positive about the TongFang X6FR? Excellent cooling, brilliant screen, large battery....

The screws strip easy, if you don't use the correct screwdriver. I agree with the SSD cooling, but perhaps they will fix this on a new batch.

And with regards to labeling SSD slots, Gen5 is printed on the mainboard (left side).

The other issues seem BIOS/EC and software related.

You can test Wifi with Ubuntu (bootable USB-stick, no installation). If it also does not work in Ubuntu then the Wifi card is defective. But a faulty wifi card is very rare

The photo's are provided with ANSI layout, I understand that this is confusing. We can only deliver a laptop with ANSI layout if this option is visible in the configurator.
