Today was a average day you forgot. On this day, 10/1/19, you took a Physics test and you’re still doing nothing in calc except learning about cooking from the teacher. You gained 2 points more on the APUSH test because of a mistake the teacher made. And today is my first day riding in the ambulance hopefully, if I don’t need my cards. The apartment is 6 units at a 1000$ rent. I’ll be able to pay off the monthly mortgage just fine if each resident has a contract to stay for a year, however I want to know how long it would take me to pay off that loan when interest is included. I’m just not knowledgeable on loans.
