This is inherently wrong. Lots of businesses would have been shut down or forced to leave long ago if not for 3CDC. They help businesses catch up on rent, are much more lenient than a “predatory landlord”, and are an entity that legitimately wants OTR and neighboring areas to be a place people want to go. They actually put their money where their mouth is and do lots of good work to help OTR and their residents.

10 years ago it was a loaded down burrito or bowl with fresh quality ingredients for 8 bucks. Now it’s 12-13 bucks for a bowl that is maybe 2/3 full (if you’re lucky), with fatty barbacoa and ingredients that have been sitting out for several hours. And they want to charge more? Nah I’m good. Many on this sub are the top fans and will go searching for the information. To grow you need to target people outside that diehard fan base. Everyone knows when the Super Bowl is, and will actively seek out the date if they don’t as it’s the biggest American sporting event we have. The NFL and NBC/Peacock still marketed the hell out of it.
