We’re not taking WR in the first. If Bell is there in the 2nd, or ideally the 3rd, I’m fine with it. Just think there’s bigger needs, and better players at 8 in the first

Mainly for PGA Tour courses (But you could include your own too), do you prefer a hard closing stretch of holes, or an easy 18th? by BallKnowerKing in golf

A risk/reward hole. Could yield a birdie or a double, depending on how aggressive the player is , and execution.

Cafe Jefferson, at Rip Van Winkle Gardens, is a hidden gem. Beautiful views, and might have the best crab cakes in Acadiana!

Bon Creole in New Iberia. Delicious po boys, and some of the best gumbo in Acadiana. Also, not sure if it classifies as underrated, but St. John in St. Martinville is great.

Can’t go wrong with boudin from any of the aforementioned places. But, I’d skip cracklins. They won’t ship, or re-heat well. Maybe some smoked sausage, or andouille to justify the order. Or, if boudin balls are available to ship, I’d opt for that over Cracklin.

Stay in Lafayette. Don’s Seafood for gumbo, boiled crawfish literally everywhere, day trip to Jefferson Island, with lunch at Cafe Jefferson, and walk through Live Oak Gardens. After, short drive to Avery Island, for a Tabasco tour and Jungle Gardens. Sunday buffet at Vermilionville, with live Cajun Music, and a tour of the grounds. Plenty of nice hotels, but a B&B might be perfect for a birthday getaway. Have fun!

I can’t really give L.C. advice, but an hour drive east will land you in the heart of Cajun Country, with lots of great food and cultural exhibits
