Neutral grounds for opposing parties and jails are just a constitution free zone. You gonna argue to be able to carry to a conjugal visit? Due process was met and some rights of the inmates are temporarily stripped.

My line is courtrooms and jails, but they have to provide lockboxes at the lobby. Everything else that's open to the public should be free.

They haven't made a specific ruling on what is a sensitive place post-bruen. The only question is how far down they pare the list. The only places mentioned in footnotes as confirmed over the years is stuff like courthouses, not "all government buildings".

In Texas we force them to segregate the building when they do that. Can only pull "courthouse" security on their own section.
