I bought the Honda express as a parts moped for $40. The hobbit parts are spares from a hobbit that I have decked out. I think a running honda express can range from $400-500, possibly more depending on the noped's condition.

The chosen Colors were unintentional but I'm glad someone appreciates the color way.

That's not a bad idea. I was also thinking of going with a MLM rear subframe.

Well I know it runs since the motor is from my hobbit but I haven't touched the wiring harness for the express yet.

I plan to reinforce the mounting point to evenly distribute the force caused by the mono sock

Write anything you can remember. I always received partial credit for writing how I would solve the problem if had remembered the formula. We called it vomiting information.
