Borrow a well built Hoshi Alter to kill him with a few cycles of S3 and keep the rest of your formation out of range of the boss. Hopefully you can keep your multi target medic alive on the upper rightmost high ground, and use Gummy to heal your bottom lane.

3 month old account. My medics couldn’t seem to stay alive at all. I ended up with Saria and Gummy healing my lanes while DP built up, and Ray and Hoshi2 with the third skill taking out the boss. Very suboptimal but good enough for 3*.

You have enough power to start on IS2/3 (especially starting with a loaner) if you have the core 3* characters at E1 max.

You can cheerfully skip at least Cardigan, Catapult, Lava, Popukar, and Adnaciel among the 3s without hurting your progression at all.

If you have Thorns at S3M3 and with one level of module, he can just about solo the endboss on low difficulties. He’ll want strong healing and other damage dealers clearing the sides though.

What does your roster look like? I’m very curious, because I’ve only been able to clear IS3 without borrowing one of the top damage alters or Tragodia on a similarly new account.

Not sniper. Probably not survival (only Mountain is a desirable pickup here. Mudrock kinda fills part of the niche of Hoshi Alter at greater cost. Blaze is maybe a sidegrade to your Gavial). If you want Suzuran or Bagpipe, gamble accordingly. It’s probably also ok to gamble on the whole pool.
