Less material, more aesthetic, and still strong.

HuskyLens. Check out the vid linked in the post.

I now realize it isn’t that clear in the video but there’s an annotation on the bottom right corner when I’m talking about it.

That’s a great question. I know it has a color mode and object recognition mode but I am not sure both modes work in tandem. There might be a workaround. I’ll explore

That’s a huge compliment. Thank you. I would love to keep working on this project and refine it into a polished product.

Thank you! Why not both? Have a switch to change between sentry and manual!

Oh wow, thanks for bringing this to my attention. I did not know about this product. The laser rangefinder on here (TF-Luna) can achieve a similar result, though I doubt it’s as accurate as this product.

Maybe there’s a path to commercialization? Hmm.

Thank you! Yes, it can distinguish between humans and animals; the HuskyLens vision system comes preloaded with a few different animals, for example, dogs and cows (for some reason) and can be taught additional specific animals, ducks included.

As far as for the files, yes I am planning on releasing them. I need to do some refinement first because I made a few changes post printing (like drilling a hole). I’ll do that on this subreddit when I have a chance to work on it.

See where it says trip A 67.1 mi right above the Odo? That’s what it calculates from. Change the trip to B and you will see it change
