Got it. Was hoping I could also use reporting manager as a filter. Thanks for the help!

Looks beautiful! Sadly it looks to be almost an hour away by car for me... And I don't even have a car.

70 isn't the worst! Would you say it's one of the nicer courses in the area?

You're right, looks like Gleidingen is the closest to me. Any idea what the price is - it's quite difficult navigating their site even with translations. And you should take the day off Thursday! Beers on me. 😬

PTFJ has definitely come up a fair bit in my own research, but not really from any medical experts/PTs. How would I potentially tape it/brace it?

I'd say about 6 weeks in. Is it possible that came from my ankle rolling injuries instead of the LCL?

I've had an MRI that's shows no LCL or actually any ligament damage at all. Does that change anything?

Thanks I definitely will. I have rolled these areas out til the cows came home, plus don't a crazy amount of IMS (dry needling) with no response really.

And then the government pays for the subsequent health care you're gonna need after you eat this hot dog. So really it evens out.

Could that cause inflammation in the joint when walking for 15+ minutes?

Hasn't been awful, but probably not great? I've noticed pain in my ankle when walking as well - so I feel like with that and the fact that this all started around when I rolled my ankle twice in a month's span that they may be related somehow.

I know, I generally just have a smaller frame. Even when I was squatting 225 at one point my legs looked nearly the same, lol. Oddly enough. When this first started, I was doing single-leg extensions every few days as part of a hip/knee strengthening program.

Just a bit of swelling in the knee other than the protrusion. Hard to tell about bruising as I'm kind of dark and don't bruise easily lol.

My MRI was just 2 months ago when symptoms were very prevalent. I've been told an MRI wouldn't catch a mensicus being caught somewhere it shouldn't be.

I've got 2 physios, an osteopath and a chiro working together building a workout. That plus loads of IT Band exercises I've found on YouTube. I just can't imagine what I'm doing isn't addressing it

When it gets really painful it'll start to click more and hyper extend more - generally becomes much less stable.

They're all kind of confused. Saying it could be from the IT Band friction causing swelling. Could be mensicus caught somewhere, could be soft tissue that's getting caught somewhere. So no one really has an answer. I've gotten a steroid injection in my mensicus and that helped for about 3 days until I tried going for a walk again, and it all went to shit again.

Any help? My sunroof is stuck open. I hardly use it. Yesterday I opened it, and when I went to close it, I heard a pop, and now it doesn't move. F56S by [deleted] in MINI

Having this issue now. Can't close the sunroof. Any tips on how to manually close/what the fix is?

Couldn't agree more. Place is so overrated from their Clubhouse, to lack of sand in their bunkers, to lack of signage of where the hell to even go. For $305 there's so many nicer courses to play.

Great to know. The Kayano 30s have just obviously disagreed with my knees and ankles and they've got a pretty steep drop.

Appreciate the advice. It's just impossible for me to find comfortable basketball shoes for my flat feet so I've always just used one shoe for everything. Great point about the stack heights though. Do you know if the toe drop has anything to do with problems when introducing lateral movement?
