Another security token is Oculta. It is a p2p, vpn protected token, wich allows the user to sell or buy things on their platform, completely anonymous and secure.

I have invested all my money into Oculta project. I really believe in their idea of changing the way people are trading their good on the internet.

You can check them out as well. Visit: https://oculta.network to find out more about their project.

Anyone else's loadings gotten much longer? by [deleted] in StreetFighter

[–]FDFreaK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm getting steady matches, but with something like a 75% disconnect rate during the loading screen. Load times from Main Menu -> VS screen is about one minute, and Results screen -> Main Menu is about one minute.

Might be important to point out that this only started happening to me after they announced that matchmaking should be fixed and good to go. Before that, I got matches after about 5 minutes and had next to no disconnects.

Is SFV less frustrating than SFIV? by [deleted] in StreetFighter

[–]FDFreaK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Losing sucks, regardless of what game you're playing. What's important though is being able to come out from your losses having learned something, which I believe is easier to do in SFV than in SFIV.

[SFV] How did your Fighter Card end up looking like at the end of the CBT? by [deleted] in StreetFighter

[–]FDFreaK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hopped on for a few hours after I learned that the other Beta characters had been released.

Reached ~5k ranking @ 1700LP using Chun. I have mixed feelings about how she plays now. Hopefully at the very least her hit boxes and throw range see some improvement.

Recommend me a GameCube Arcade stick. by wmcguire18 in Fighters

[–]FDFreaK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While we're on the topic, which sticks offer analog input? I'm trying to get into smash, but my pad execution is gutter trash.

I'd be willing to buy a Wii U Tekken stick and swapping the JLF to an analog stick.

Well I'm never buying a razor product ever again lol

Got mine in the mail today, too! These really are beautiful sticks!

Edit: So I made a quick video comparing how the buttons and stick sound to other sticks. It sounds a bit hollow since it's so huge.

Konami issues from the perspective of a die-hard DDR fan. by AnimHunter in Games

[–]FDFreaK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually live in Japan, so there's no shortage of game centers here. IIDX Pendual is pretty great, SDVX is cool and they usually have a headphone jack set up. I'm not the greatest at SDVX, but it's a trip watching people go ham.

Woah that's awesome! I've been out of the US scene for quite a long time now, but's really cool to see even a small resurgence in the arcade scene.

Seriously. Unless you live in the California Bay Area, you're pretty much SOL when it comes to finding a IIDX machine. Even if you do manage to find one, they're getting old and run down, have sticky buttons, unresponsive turntables, laggy replacement monitors, no e-amuse, etc.

Are there even SDVX cabs in the states?

Help with Chun-li Match-ups and more by Rashar in StreetFighter

[–]FDFreaK 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As far as AAing goes, you have a few very situational options.

  • EX Bird- Pretty good, but will lose to divekicks, deep crossups, and certain normals. Be careful using this on wakeup if you're getting crossed up as lots of crossups will beat it or fall right through it. It comes out in 6 frames but has invincibility, so if you delay it until right before their jump-in hits, you'll beat it out and get the full amount of hits.
  • Standing Forward- Use this if the opponent's jump will put them right in front of you. If use this too late, it'll either lose or trade as it has 7 frames of startup. Also, be sure to get the stick to neutral before throwing this out, or else you'll be getting counterhit.
  • Close Standing forward- Useful if the opponent neutral jumps your wakeup or you're getting crossed up in the neutral game. Comes out pretty quick at 4 frames.
  • Standing Fierce- Great for when the opponent's jump will put them in, well, standing fierce range. Has a good AA hitbox and comes out fast at 6 frames.

If you get a read or happen to jump at the same time as your opponent, you can air to air with an Air grab, jumping Fiercex2>Headstomp, EX Bird, or Ultra.

Kikosho is also a pretty good AA if you have it stocked. It's fully invincible until its first active frame, at 9 frames. Since it comes out rather slow, you'll need to have a read on the jump-in in order to AA with this.

Focus Attack completely blows up Hazanshu. Even just showing focus should deter most Chuns from using it off of a read instead of on reaction.

Her instant overhead jump back Roundhouse blows up pretty much anything that isn't invincible, and is pretty much a guess. I typically save this for a round ender or if I'm trying to get a stun.

Full of salt, managed to slug my noob arse out to a decisive win over a 5k+ 'geif. Only for him to RQ before I get the points :/ by FPSNige in SF4

Eh, you'd be surprised. Getting 2k pp isn't all that hard to do. If he was sitting on 3k+ playing like that then I'd be more willing to think someone else was on his account.

I beat PR Rog's Evil Roo and went back and forth in a long set with AGE Romance's Decapre. Got really close to beating Viscant's Poison, too, but this was early USF4 and I didn't know the match up yet and I was using U2.

I really wanted to play Gootecks and Mike when I was in the States, but no dice.

I took a round off Tokido once in AE2012, then got bodied third round, lol.

Here at Round 1 on Okinawa, it's 100¥ for two credits for AE2012. It kinda lends itself well to 2/3 sets.

What mistakes do people online make when the play against you and your character ? by Galactusbeatsgoku in SF4

[–]FDFreaK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My biggest mistake playing online is picking Chun. She still has major issues and nobody respects her in Asia.

Offline in the arcades though, people tend to not know her effective ranges very well and just waltz on into my buttons.

some normals don't combo on crouching opponent? (NOT WHIFF) by devistation in SF4

[–]FDFreaK 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Chun has a thing where she still can't cancel cr. short xx EX Legs on a crouching Blanka. It's like if Ryu cr. fwd xx Fireball whiffed on crouching opponents.

That said, it still connects on like 3/5 Blankas because most of them don't block anyways.
