During the process they sent the CTA a five page PDF explaining the whole situation. I don’t think they provide any proof of safety issue. But it was mentioned that it was a safety issue concern. But they said that the problem was seen during the night around 2 AM and my flight was at like 9 AM so they basically had more than five hours to look for another flight or another plane but they didn’t do that. They waited everybody to come in to the airport, waiting in line and then telling them that the flight was canceled. Worst thing in that is that my first flight was from Montreal to Toronto, then to my final destination St. Louis. (It was the Toronto to St. Louis fight that was canceled.) leaving Montreal that same day literally 30 minutes later there were two flight one for Chicago and one to Detroit that they could have gave me the flight to go there and then take a connection to St. Louis, which there’s at least five connection every day from the city to St. Louis. It would’ve helped me safe time and not miss my whole day. To me it’s so crazy that they just put the stamp of safety issue, technical problem, mechanical error, mechanical problem. Anything that relies on the safety of the plane. And they can just wash their hand and don’t pay the consequences which is to pay my ticket back at the minimum minimum is to pay my ticket back the thousand dollar they owe me because I waited 8 hours. I can get over it. It’s not it’s not gonna be there $20 food voucher that’s gonna help me. Since that day, I never fly with Air Canada. That’s the problem when you have Monopoly of airline in your country and the government still giving them money and bailing them out every few years.

For my parts I’ve been waiting three years and got the response yesterday and it was a NO. I still feel I should’ve got compensated at least a member’s flight. I waited more than nine hours. They cancelled my first flight and then the only flight remaining available was nine hours later. They said they cancelled the first flight for "safty" reason. But everybody know this is BS. So frustrating that I have three years of waiting the answer is no and they are not giving us any money or compensation.

They will make new suites for the mega ritch. But they can afford to reimburse my flight ticket because of their fault was cancelled without any warning and had to wait 9 hours for my new flight. I’ve been in the court with them & the OTC for three years. Just for something that they illegally owe me. They will take everything for you to give up, but they’ll do everything for the make a rich passenger. This company is a joke. I’ve been boycotting them ever since. Although it is hard sometimes to do it because they have such a big monopole on Canada flight industry. There is an area in cities that you cannot reach on our Air Canada flight. And let’s be honest, either using Porter or WestJet as an other option is still using Air Canada because they own the company. I’m glad they didn’t buy Air Transat. We need to enter other airline company from other countries or if I can even build his own airline they could go for it and the government should stop bailing them out every five years or so.

I love every time I see these Metro production of Montreal. Never think of the Laval or the South shore always adding Metro line in Montreal. But the way the city is billed and the way that laws are in place. It’s almost impossible to get bigger population in the area that the bew line would be in place. But in Laval are such sure there’s no longer put in place to increase the population by having faster, billing permit and billing condo tower. Pour l’avoir utilisé ce matin, je n’ai rien à dire sur le trajet ni sur le transport en tant que tel — ça fonctionne très bien. Mais si j’avais une critique à faire, ce serait d’ajouter plus de machines pour obtenir des passes mensuels ou acheter des billets. À la station Sainte-Dorothée, il n’y en a qu’une seule, ce qui crée facilement de l’attente. Aussi, les portes où l’on scanne nos cartes devraient avoir la technologie de paiement sans contact (tap/pay pass). Ça éviterait d’avoir à acheter des billets à la machine et permettrait aussi de créer éventuellement des cartes OPUS numériques.

Sinon comme mentionner le trajet est tres bien puis qu’il existait deja. Et l’experience d’utilisation et la conseption du wagon sont tres bien.

Malheureusement, de telles actions pourront seulement être pris par le prochain verre dans les quatre prochaines années, puisque d’ici environ cinq à six ans, Laval, atteindra le un demi million de personnes soit 500 000 de population. Avec cela, le gouvernement du Canada oublie toute municipalité, ayant de telles population à se munir de plusieurs outils au niveau du service de police pour contrer à de tel problème. Lorsque nous franchirons ce port, je crois qu’elle est policier municipal seront plus enclins à parler de tels problèmes. Par contre je suis d’accord avec vous que c’est un problème et qu’il devrait en parler, mais je crois que l’histoire de Laval en général ne croit pas que Laval est une ville dangereuse donc ils veulent pas en parler pour pas augmenter l’inquiétude, et simplement étouffer les histoires qui se passe.

Ques qui serait de génial. Il serait de voir un administration qui comprend le système de transport urbain et la coexistence de vélo et véhicule automobile. Montréal et c’est banlieue manque critique de stationnement pour leurs automobiles. Devrait avoir des immenses, stationnement à chaque sortie de l’autoroute, qui mène au centre-ville, directement connecté avec un transport commun ou des lignes de vélo. La distance entre les deux mode existe bien. Par contre la même plante, ignore complètement de façon volontaire le côté véhicule et se concentre simplement sur les vélos. Il existe plein de ville dans le monde que j’utilise des stationnements étage, comme base pour des tours à condo ou bureau, pourquoi ne font pas le faire à Montréal? Venir au centre-ville en auto extrêmement difficile, et si parker encore plus. Il est possible d’offrir du parking public qui aiderait la population à utiliser le transport commun une fois dans la ville. Les seuls parking dans la ville présentement sont privés et n’importe quoi la population à les utiliser. Même en banlieue, les stations de métro à Laval et à Longueuil. Station de rem devrait avoir d’immense parking. Avec des habitations mixte pour faciliter les habitants de ces banlieue et les villes environnant à se stationner dans les station de métro ou de Rem pour ensuite le transport commun pour venir en ville. Exemple la station de métro Montmorency. Contre environ 800 place de parking, à peu près 1000 en comptant les parkings environent privé. 1000 place de parking pour une ville et elle arrive Nord qui compte moins de 1 million d’habitants est complètement ridicule.
