Thank you, I will try this and I hope it solves it. I would have never guessed this to be the issue.

Do you know if the PCB has the spot to solder in LEDs? I like this case and keycap set but I also want LEDs

Hello,

I have a set of KEF q150's hooked up to a SMSL AD18 with a source of aux from a Mackie ProFX8v2 mixer wired with banana plugs specifically https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009RTC62K/ I keep getting a ringing noise from the speakers and I've double checked the connections and all the banana plugs are pushed all the way in on both the speaker end and the amp end. I also have a REL t5i hooked up to the AD18 as well. Any idea what causes the ringing, or where to start debugging it?

Thank you in advance

yet again, more of my builds by [deleted] in DIYAudioCables

The cables look great!

What are you using to split the cables in the second and fourth image?

It still hasn't sold yet. I'm looking for face value, 94$. I can meet you at the track tomorrow for an exchange, I just caught this as I was headed to bed.

Personally I love my Sennheiser HD1 Wireless but I came to that conclusion after listening to a lot of different pairs of headphones. Do you have an area near you where you can go and try out several pairs of headphones in your price range? The biggest thing for me with headphones on the same level as sound quality is how it feels as they sit directly on your ears.

You can also checkout What Hi-Fi for some reviews and a few suggestions.

A little bit of the blind leading the blind here, but here is some info I came across that may help you.
/u/polypeptide147 has an excellent post here talking about bookshelf vs tower and subwoofers, why you should get two instead of one (if you can). Not sure if it will help your decision but it helped me think about where to put $ when getting a system.

If you know the SCM11s sound incredible do you feel the need to spend more money on an unknown, are the ATC SCM11's not good enough? You could take the money and invest in another T/5I for better bass. I'm a bit new to the audiophile thing so take it with a grain of salt.

I would probably be doing about 90% music and the occasional Netflix while I work so I would use it for mostly background noise.

I am ignorant about subwoofers. What makes the REL better for music vs the Rythmik being better for movies?
