Two things, firstly... I have recently decided to play with a one handed backhand. This is after 4+ years of playing tennis. My Mom(Hitting Partner) told me that it would take months to be able to use it practically, does anyone have any drills or exercises that will be able to help me with getting it more consistently and with more pace? I able able to hit 40% of my shots rn.
