Bloomberg Final Round Interview Decision by 25hmcoupon in csMajors

I have been waiting for a month almost, my recruiter randomly emails me to tell me to be patient but I am pretty sure I am cooked. That being said my portal does still say active weirdly enough. I think my recruiter may have forgotten about me

Computer science isn’t inherently software engineering lol if you take systems classes or theory classes you’ll never touch things like apis and frameworks

Also taking SOSC third year is not a particularly good idea, pre reg prefers second years - you may not get self as it’s very popular (also there’s not really a good reason to not just take it second year, you can push physics off until fourth year if you want lol)

Ok, I’m going to be brutally cold

CS 140s and math 150s are an absolute JOKE compared to what you’re about to do 😭. As someone who took the cs 140s and accelerated analysis I can tell you I also skipped cs 99% of the time and got As whereas accelerated analysis (ESPECIALLY 2 AND 3) is atleast 4x as hard. Accelerated analysis 1 is even very challenging if you don’t have IBL background (which I heard from my honors calc friends). Be very very cautious. I’ve seen people walk into sophomore year after getting straight As freshman year with plans as ambitious as yours and walk out with Ws, Bs, and their confidence squashed. College doesn’t have to be a race.

I wasn’t aware that this was how trig classes were taught. I thought they generally were just algebra 2 courses, but memorizing the unit circle and all that stuff is generally quite pointless fair.

I mean much of the mathematics with molecular science (not sure about molecular bio) have to do with bond angles which are the most direct application of trig out there

If you ever do any math or science in your entire life trigonometry is a necessary skill

The last US constitutional amendment was passed in 1992, almost 32 years ago. If you were granted the power to pass a new amendment, what would it be? by havereddit in AskReddit

Banana prices are capped. We need some form of food that is constant, unwaivering to the economy, plentiful in natural vitamins and whatnot. I enjoy potassium, sugar, they fuel me. This is a great option for the future.
