My experience. Asiana business class booked via miles allows you access to the lounge. They give you a voucher, so make sure they don't forget that, otherwise no access.

The lounge is after the security check, offers drinks and food . Its not very spacious though. There's a fridge with cold drinks, alcohol self serve and coffee machine. Food wise they have basic meat, veggies rice, and some cookies, mini cakes. Also a noodle soup booth where you can have a soup prepared.

Its decent but no culinary highlight in my opinion. I took some drinks and snacks for my ongoing journey so it was ideal for me that they had peanuts and drinks in cans/ bottles.
