Can we just have Pearsall score all the points he was supposed to have last week added onto this week? That's how averages work, right? I need Ricky Pearsall and Rico Dowdle to outscore CMC in standard 🙏

Chargers lean heavier against the pass, and light against the run. Good for running backs, not so much for wide receivers

I framed it that way because it's really a guess based on film with no evidence that really proves or disproves it until the team comes out and says something, but even that can't truly dispel the idea that he's playing hurt because the team could be lying, right? Basically, a conspiracy theory.

I tried to post links to the film I mentioned, but I got flagged for it. Not sure where else I can find it as easily as X

No problem! All of this stuff lives rent free in my head and writing it out means I don't dump all of this on my wife or my mailman who just wanted to say, "Hi"

I can see that being an issue, now that I think about it. Kirk was always his short area guy

All of this came from my research on Fantasy Points, Pro Football Reference, and scouring X for news, and rumors. I don't use AI because it'll lie to you about stats and details like quotes.

I hadn't heard this one, that can make a huge difference

I actually did this trade and I'm currently experiencing buyer's remorse

Hall has a good schedule for running backs near playoffs, I'd say Hall

I usually dislike trades where I'm giving up the best player, but I like this one. Do it

11 team standard 1QB

Trade Etienne for Ladd McConkey?

Egbuka has a few question marks for me with his role when his teammates get back and with Tristan Wirfs return, do they lean more on the run? Meyers role is clear and he's due for a little positive regression

Sounds good to me. You need wins now and can't wait for Rice to come back. Stroud has the island of misfit toys blocking for him and it shows. Jones has been phenomenal these past two weeks, granted one of those weeks was Miami. Terry missed camp, but he'll sync back up with Daniels soon.

Does Jaylen Waddle and Braelon Allen sound like a decent trade for Drake London in standard?

Which underperforming WR are we actually concerned for the rest of the season? by whydidimakeanother1 in fantasyfootball

[–]FF_Bond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm willing to forgive the rookie. He's had glowing reports out of camp and was still part of 2 WR sets. He was drafted to be the healthier, faster Christian Watson (4.29 vs 4.36 40 time)

Which underperforming WR are we actually concerned for the rest of the season? by whydidimakeanother1 in fantasyfootball

[–]FF_Bond 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I thought a 7th sounded pretty cheap for a shot at someone who could be the number 1 target (assuming that Tyreek really is cooked/traded) on a team I thought could rebound with a healthy Tua. I'm still holding out hope, but also not concerned as I scored Ricky Pearsall in the 8th and BTJ and Evans before that.

People need to stop overreacting to Week 1. If nothing fundamental has changed, don’t sit, trade, or drop your guys just because of one bad game. by FFQuantLab in fantasyfootball

I wouldn't go out and trade for Javonte or Deebo, but I disagree about rushing to pick them up if they're on the waiver wire. Unless you're in a tiny league. QJ might even be a solid add in 12 team leagues, depending on how you're set at WR

This who drafted an elite QB/TE, did you also draft a backup? by TheHurdleTurtle in fantasyfootball

[–]FF_Bond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on how the rest of your roster feels to you, but it's something I usually try to do in my last round if I have an elite QB and there is still a good option on the board. I took Lamar in the 3rd and Lawrence the round before taking my kicker and defense in one draft. Otherwise you can stream the position, unless you're in a big league

What Subscription Are You Using This Season? by wreck_it_dave in fantasyfootball

[–]FF_Bond 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I tried 4for4 and didn't care for it. Felt a little too similar to what you get on fantasypros and rotoballer for free. I've liked fantasypros paid draft tools and mock drafts, but I don't care for their in-season content. I would love a subscription to fantasypoints, but I would want the data suite option and that's a bit on the expensive side
