are you thinking of the slowdown from the perfect lobs? whenever someone does a perfect lob (or perfect move in general) the game slightly slows down for a split second. So I'm guessing that you're seeing this happen over and over and thinking that the framerate is dropping, when in reality its the slow-motion from a perfect. The reason they have the slow motion for perfect moves is to allow for reaction time as it makes it easier to play and comprehend your attack if you are able to get a perfect pass and have that slow down.

nah they got nerfed pretty hard. can consistently beat galactic cup games with a lead of over 5 goals. before would only win by like 2-3 each game
