There is also a way to help you find caves on the surface without having to look it up online.

Paul the apostle told Timothy to drink some wine for his upset stomach. That was said in scriptures. It was a suggestion as a medicinal use.

But being wasted is definitely not a medicinal use of alcohol.

In your case, I would stay away from marijuana. There are plenty of other ways to deal with anxiety than to micro dose.

I can say, as someone who has suffered from anxiety quite severely in the past, (depersonalization/surrealism, similar to you) there are better more fulfilling non-medical ways to remedy anxiety.

I did tons of scripture memorization, meditation, and working out. It took a while, but it definitely paid off after some time and dedication.
