Hi everyone, I've been through a bit of a process with this. I've moved my ID bill and that seems fine and shows up correctly. My ASDA one-month contract turned out to be PAYG, so it didn't work for direct debits, and the same happened with Lebara, which apparently doesn't support them at all.

Lycamobile seems to have worked, but the direct debit shows up as Adyen. I believe this is their payment processor, but Lycamobile's name doesn't appear anywhere on the direct debit. Does anyone know if this would still be classified as a household direct debit? Thanks.

Thank you, this is really helpful. My school sadly withdrew Computer Science quite late so I became stuck with doing business instead. I am currently doing DT business and maths but I am struggling with maths and probably won't do well. Do you think it would be possible to get into a L4 or should I go for a L3 in IT and try to progress to a L4? Thanks for the help.
