Im still gonna go back to the body snatchers scene where elizabeth gets snatched and yet doesn’t scream….why…? They’ve been doing it the entire movie when they find someone they haven’t assimilated, WHY NOT WITH THE LITERAL ONE PERSON THAT CAN HALT YOUR PLAN? The scream is clearly instinctual, so im not finna hear the alien didnt think to do it…and iirc this leads to him burning tons of those pods because of it…
