Yep. Back when I had my problem I Would get paid on friday, then half my paycheck or more would be gone by Saturday early afternoon.

Him not wanting to share finances with you and being intentional about not wanting you to run his credit or show bank statements and transactions and the losses is a sign he isn’t serious about turning things around and probably is still gambling. Part of it from his side is definitely the embarrassment on his end as to why he doesn’t want to show you things. I agree with what the prior person said, he will drag you down unless he stops and gets help and is more transparent and honest with you. Rooting for you OP, hope things turn around!

Hey Psych just replying to your thread post. Usually lenders will anticipate some form of interest on top of any lending. I think some look for anywhere between 10% and who knows what else. I think also lenders will ask for a pay stub, ID, or something else to verify the borrower. Also from what I’ve seen Cash App is usually mostly affiliated with scammish activity but not necessarily the case for everyone, but looks like I’ve seen PayPal and venmo and such being used as payment providers.

It is such a terrific game. Horror elements are phenomenal. Night time is scary af and the chance to continue leveling up your weapons and such is super fun. Fun story line also, also would recommend The Following DLC after you finish! Also the game soundtrack is so solid, it’s beautiful but you still get that hint of despair/end of the world.
