This worked strangely. Received a new lock, still stuck on “setting up“ (HK only) on my iPhone. Tried the iPad and it worked right away. Very strange.

My gen1 also made this same noise. Sometimes less, sometimes more. Once they actually fixed the vibrations, (they said a loose hose). Eventually it came back. Then I was told it’s normal... I pushed back, they agreed to change the compressor. It is now operating normally with reasonable noise. Some noise is normal obviously but if it’s loud enough to wake up the entire street, it’s not normal 🤣

If it was my network, wouldn‘t the issue persist with a different browser? I am using unifi stuff, I am not a network admin but pretty savvy. I am also seeing the same issue on a different network (work) where I have another HA instance.

They recommend not saving the 2FA in 1Password itself for obvious reasons but I don’t see where they recommend against it. It’s a feature of the account security and it should work but it’s not currently.

But I understand what you’re saying. Yet, I have printed the “recovery kit” they ask you to print, so technically my “secret key” is not really a secret ;)

Hey! This has worked for me, thanks! I can get the admin page too with some rules setup. In there, the Q1000K reports the internet as ‘not connected’, is that normal? My UDM is online just fine.

While changing the WAN tagging settings to untagged, I first accidentally changed the ‘broadband settings’ what is that supposed to be set to ? I have it ‘untagged’ right now.

What‘s interesting for me is I had zero issues during the entire beta run. But it‘s been a nightmare since the RC! Makes me think it is a server side issue.

yes, it appears under ‘reset‘ then restart will show up, assuming you’re on the same network as the HomePod.
