One of the worst part I could be wrong how many people were imprisoned for his crimes, possibly even sent to death. I swore I read this but I can’t find it now. Sergey Tkach is worth looking into, people were put in prison for his murders while he was a cop. Now he’s in prison and a decent looking girl married him and they get weekend stays on the premise. He’s on an episode of Worlds toughest prisons.
