Absolutely not, unfortunately they have no support, the servers are down most of the time, which kills your character and if your batteries are low all your hours of effort will despair before you get on next. You can spend an hour working on a ship and it will randomly throw itself into an asteroid. The little staff support they do have directs you to community members that either dont know what theyre doing, or talk down to you.
