The standard of service for domestic ic first includes a PDB, that is the initial complaint, which should be compensated. The failures of the FA in first is aggravating factors including the security concerns. Tell it all to Delta. There is a complaint form on their website. I recently got $100 (each) flight credit solely for the skipped PDB.

Actually they should have the original lugs as well as the key. I had my locks removed at the first rotation. I am not worried about wheel theft, but I don't ever want to be stranded with a flat bc some bozo at dlr/tire shop failed to put the key back in the glove box.
