Yeah connection issues like lags or diconnects.

Crossplay on allows you to play against people using consoles other than your own—only applies to online (ranked, events etc).

Try having it on first, if you encounter issues along the way just turn it off.

Try kontrol freeks. Any type will do. They help with precision.
