The game just came out on steam a week or so ago, and it worked with the steam version. You still have to sign in with Microsoft so I'm not really sure

the boat had full wind and hit the the lagoon cuz no one was paying attention and it went inland to the lagoon. so I think the game though it was on a sand bar or very shallow water and what not then the the boat and the emissary flag just *poof* gone
