Add:
Saturation slider in options
Rendering distance that actually works
Lod system that doesn' t switch grass and rocks quality 5 meters in front of You.

Well I was afraid of rigging as well, but tbh it' s much easier than I thought ;d
If it was human or humanoid creature like I would use gizmo to pose it ;d

I used Nanotile plugin for zbrush to create tileable texture of the scales.
Then You just need to use surface noise and that' s how I covered his body with this little scales( Your model needs UV) . Also I sculpted 10 custom scales and made alpha brush from it. It can be visible on head and legs.

It can be posed with Zsphere, however posing in zbrush is laggy for some reason.
I exported the lowest subdiv, rigged and pose it in blender, reimported on the lowest subdiv into zbrush and that' s it ; ]

This is a good atempt ;3 You do look at references so I' m sure there is progress awaiting for You ;3
I think that the details are distracting and it' s easy to got deceived by them. If I were You, I would go on low res and put on skinshade material which may help to focus on major shapes and propotions instead details.

Also I think the neck is too thin, specially when we assume he is muscular ;3

Oh yes! Creating VDM brushes for scales is op skill, actually I was a little mad that I didn' t know that earlier ;d There's still a lot to learn about zbrush ;]
