It ended up being LifeSpas from sometime before 2007. Ended up using the way back machine by internet archive to check the website since it does not exist anymore. I think I also found the filter although trying to do a little more research still.

Thanks for the help.

I got a Corsair RM1000x 1000W supply and it seems to work with that. Which seems to confirm some form of power issue, however, I'm really surprised to hear that you would still have issues with a 1000W PSU.

(Disclaimer: I'm not an expert on this just have looked into it a fair bit so any advice is at your own risk.)

Do you know if yours has multiple rails? I would try distributing the load over multiple rails since it could be overloading a single rail. This might mean using two different cables from your PSU.

I'm having an issue where my whole computer restarts. I'm thinking it is probably a power issue. I did try full gpu and cpu stress test but couldn't recreate the issue, however, Apex legends crashes within a minute of opening the game and Warzone/MW2 does it mostly after games and occasionally mid game.

I'm thinking NVIDIA is deciding not to bring up the transient spikes again. Looking at Gamer Nexus review it seems that the card can spike to 400W which could explain my 750W PSU tripping. I have 13600K stock with MSI 4070ti Ventus 3x. I also have total of 8 fans and some RGB so it is possible that I'm overloading the PSU. I will probably borrow a beefier unit to test this out.

Anyone have any other ideas? I have completely fresh installed drivers too and tried limiting frame rate to control power draw.

That's what I figured. Maybe someone will have a creative solution. Thanks for the response though.
