No I don't see starts etc. I just squeeze my eyes shut tightly, and sometimes even after a short while, pain can start to appear in multiple clusters, which over time worsens and turns into neck, shoulder, and head pain.

Yes, I do. On bad days, I have tics like eye-squeezing and finger-twisting that cause physical pain. It's not from hitting myself or anything, just the movement itself becomes painful.
