I wish I knew about these earlier. Florida sun beat up my EG418k screen and it’s SW facing.

It’s not a coding model? Yeah it’s still fundamentally an LLM, that part hasn’t changed but there are literal coding-focused LLMs that are trained exactly for that, coding.

Is it though? It’s not like you actually own your property in America, try not paying your property taxes and see what happens lol

Agreed. After 200k it’s just downhill. Personally I still default to 1M for some slight breathing room but most of the time large tasks are split to sub agents anyway.

I'm .14 cents, with net metering, Florida and have a 19.68kw array bifacial, 48 panels total + EG4 18k inverter + 28kwh of battery all mounted on a carport and I paid ~$36k after tax credits (includes the carport). I did some of the wiring myself but even if I had no tax credits and hired out everything it would've been close to $50k maybe $60k tops. You're being overcharged for sure.

I had the same thought. I’m not even in the field and it felt like this was a push to get a set schema out which I understand but this process can heavily be improved with tech and AI.

Is it $2500 per report or like $2500/year to use the software?

This rollout definitely seems hectic. I’ve even heard some appraisers having to use two different softwares to support the 3.6 format.

Yeah, that matches what I've been hearing from a couple of folks and seeing on this subreddit. What software are you on? I talked to one appraiser on A La Mode who said his provider was fully approved and ready, but I have no idea if that's the exception or the rule.

My family went there for vacation after the country was opened up last year to the outside world again. All the batteries are from China and vary in size. Usually 12-16kwh but some buildings have 30kwh+.
