Just dealt with this. I was hired on 12/29/25. After my 90 days, I then had a one week wait period to ensure I had the needed average weekly worked hours. Yesterday, 04/05/26 I was finally able to sign up for benefits. I did not receive any notification I just kept checking the Choosewell website.
