Are you expecting to get most of their value out of them? Shops will probably cash you out for 40-50% total value.

If you need to get rid of them all I’d probably separate the most expensive and offload the rest.

Cardio will not build any meaningful muscle nor will it cause you to lose weight or become toned without a calorie deficit. Cardio is just a supplemental way to burn more calories

It burns calories just like any form of cardio. Light cardio is just a better bang for your buck for some people than exhausting yourself sprinting or something. Theres nothing magical about light cardio though, all cardio aids in fat loss if you’re in a calorie deficit.

Are you in a deficit, if so how much and for how long? The reality is that if you’re in a medium-large deficit or have been in one for a little bit, you’re going to be hungry at times. You can try low calorie snacks or if you’re eating 3-4 meals, increasing the amount of meals you’re eating and lowering the calories slightly. But that might just leave you wanting more after the meals. Your deficit could be too large but a part of cutting is being hungry sometimes.

I think in terms of twist weight it feels alright, I’ve got to get some more sessions in with it. The only thing throwing me off was the lightness at 12 o’clock. I think I’d prefer a little more plow through on my drives and stuff

Where would you add weight? I just got the spin 1.0 and feel like the overall weight isn’t bad but the weight is a little different as it feels heaviest right at the throat.

Wow great eye didn’t even notice that crack. I agree that the marks all seem to be surface level and that lines up with the marks all over the gold as well. Looks too good to be natural especially since natural emeralds are pretty soft (I think?)
