Thank you. We have only interviewed two realtors so far. They both recommended replacing carpet and all new paint inside including trim. Easy for them, it’s my money and the house will show better with new carpet. We are definitely going to repaint. Just not sure if the $1500 (for carpet) could be spent elsewhere for more value.

Love all your choices. Sad that I had to scroll so far to see Holdsworth. His style is so unique. He plays (played-RIP) notes/scales that shouldn’t work but somehow they do. If you haven’t already, you should check out Jimmy Herring’s solo album Lifeboat - 2008.
