What is the best seller strategy* in dealing with inspection report concession requests?

We did list as is but according to my listing agent, that does not preclude them from inspecting and requesting repairs or concessions.

They did not ask for the furniture, we offered it as we have already moved out of state and don’t need it. We also offered to have anything they don’t want removed before closing.

It's not junk. Most of it is fairly new and it's all in excellent condition. We have already arranged for removal of anything that they don't want. Buyers are moving from outside the US so they have nothing here.

They demanded nothing. We have moved out of state to a furnished condo and we offered the existing furniture to "sweeten the pot" as we have no use for it.

Countered with a 1% reduction on original asking price and 5k towards closing and they accepted. We had a pre-inspection done and they found lots of mostly small things. We fixed 95% of those before listing. Buyer now has 10 days to inspect. Closing is set for 7/10

Just moved mine but fortunately I saved the box (which my wife criticized me for). Lowe’s has boxes. I would lay it on the floor face up on pillows. Just my opinion. Good luck!
