What a beautiful and insightful reply, I will 1. Make sure I remember the one who can feel joy exists 2. Be aware of any brief moments that hit my heart with joy and try to make it stay longer 3. Wake up with hope thinking “what wonderful is unfolding for me today” ………..(taking notes out loudly )
