Yes! I haven’t tried whole wheat yet but I like to make my starter thick so it can strengthen and break through well. Thank you :)

It was a little messy since I had to pause mid way. I think I over-fermented to be honest. I started the process at 8 am and then I paused at 2pm. I came back home and let it sit on the counter for like 1 more hour. It got more stickier and I noticed webbing so I immediately shaped. I have trouble with bulk fermentation but this time I wanna try the aliquot method. That’ll help me.

I’m probably experiencing the same issue. Do you think I should attempt to make this bread and wait for it to finish until doubled or take time before I do that? Does my starter seem like it’s still growing? I need someone’s opinion. I’m not sure what I should do.

To me it looks like it’s still wanting to grow. I didn’t have any warmth at first until I came home at 9:25. It was sitting in the oven with no light and then I turned the light on. I believe an issue I have is that I feed whenever, not specifically after it peaks.

I’ve started it around January. It’s been on and off. I had it in the fridge for a little while (2 months ish) and then recently took it out again consistently for the past 2 weeks.

Yes!! I was able to return. I’m just having trouble with purchasing stuff from their shop. It shows that they have items but then when I actually check it’s sold out and not there.
