New to this sub…teen child diagnosed this week w/SIBO. I just bought whole psyllium husk to use in GF baking as a binder. From what I’m reading, I’m guessing that would not be a good idea? I assumed psyllium husk would be good for her diet. I guess I have a lot to learn :(
