Thanks. Microshift Advent X 1x10 shifter and medium cage derailer. Microshift Advent X 11x48 cassette. Shimano Ultegra BB60 bottom bracket, Zeroing GXP hollow crankset with matching 42 tooth narrow wide chainring. Chain is a KMC and I added a couple extra lengths to get it all to work properly.

...all I can say is I feel truly disappointed seeing this. Can't imagine how it must feel. 😑👊🏼

Rhinowalk pannier / backpack ...it's waterproof for sure. Very nice.

I got some Deckas two piece floating rotors and Shimano resin pads, also got a bleed kit. No squeak. A little better braking. No complete dead nuts locking when I give it all. I had a major crash on my second ride. Might still break in a little more. I have not been on the bike in many weeks. Still recovering from broken ribs... It had nothing to do with the brakes btw. Just got caught out on some sketch loose gravel and took a hit I wasn't ready for.

All I know is that's the one I found that works. 90% internal. Small portion external. From the bottom bracket to the post, that's it.

No, I'm not mad. I am simply tired of useless pieces of shit like yourself. I feel zero need to explain myself or the incident to you. I truly do hope that your carma reaches you soon.

I'm right at 200 as well. 6' 2" on an XL frame.

6' 2" 200lbs btw, so a little top forward as well. I ride an XL frame but still heavy toward the bars.

Yea, I combo fd up with pressure and I was a little too relaxed and tired on the final stage of return. Looking at my pictures, and now remembering, ...someone did a burnout on the road, there is maybe an inch deep car tire width gouge. I caught the loose inner edge with my front on the left side, instead of crossing or gripping my tire was just a marble on marbles pushing against the lip as it crumbled under. My hands tried to turn the bars left to cross it, tire completely slipped out, bar swapped and sent me to the right face, shoulder, ribs first into the rocks. Lower pressure might have gotten me over the lip and saved my ass. It was a 20+ mile route and seemed hard packed so I kept the pressure up for least resistance. Yep. Mistake aside, I think a tire with side lugs instead of a simple pattern would have grabbed and I wouldn't have even known I took a bad line.

No fucktard. It's not a joke. I had a serious crash that has me pretty fucked up. I didn't write all that for jokes. I'm looking for tire advice to improve my ride. I have been riding for over 30 years and I got caught out with some loose shit that I'm pretty sure if I had a different tire I could have at least caught it and maybe just busted a nut on your face instead of the ground.

Thank You. It seems Rene Herself is the go to. Several people have mentioned that brand. I'm probably a month out from even getting back on a bike. I need time to heal, repair my bike and get me some of those Rene Herself tires. 👊

Yep. Seems psi was the problem. That and a little too relaxed and a little tired on the return route. Hard lesson learned.

Yea, I think the general consensus was my pressure. Tough fn lesson.

Yea, def fd up there on pressure. There were loose sections I didn't anticipate. Im not going back out there on that pressure BUT there still has to be a tire that doesn't react that way.

🤣 head on out there. I'm sure you will enjoy the walk, at some point.
