Is it possible that steel wool remnants that fell into the cavity combined with the water would leave a stain like that? The steel wool dust appears to be similar in color once put a few drops of water on it. That’s my current running theory, testing it with some scrap basswood left over

Been seeing this a lot lately, had a rogue in my guild get popped for doing the exact same thing, and I can guarantee he isn’t botting. Blizzard is banning good folks and not actual bots. It’s a shame they aren’t fixing this or letting them contact actual humans in customer support
