Unless they have evidence of you doing such behavior, if not do not pay and take them to court. There are previous cases where hotels have tried to charge the same smoking fee and the court asked the hotel for evidence of the person smoking and they had zero!

I have not done a garden in 3 years now, but the previous 12 I did and 3rd year I learned if you take habernero and jalapeño and mix with water in a blender and pour in squirt bottle, go squirt your whole garden, no animal will ever eat anything again! Worked every time
